SaneBox

What is SaneBox?

SaneBox is an AI-powered email management service that automatically separates important messages from the rest of your inbox. It works on top of an existing mailbox by filing lower-priority mail into dedicated folders instead of replacing your email client.

Key capabilities of SaneBox

• BlackHole: permanently removes mail from unwanted senders
• Daily Digest: summarizes unimportant, unopened emails
• Reminders: tracks follow-ups and notifies you when replies do not arrive
• Snooze: delays an email until a time you choose, such as Monday morning
• Provider coverage: Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Fastmail, Yahoo, AOL and IMAP, Exchange or ActiveSync servers
• Privacy handling: reads sender, subject and date metadata, not stored full emails or attachments

How SaneBox works

SaneBox connects to your mailbox and looks at message metadata such as sender, subject and date to decide what matters. Unimportant mail moves to a separate folder, and you train it by dragging messages between folders. Because it works at the server level, the filtering shows up in every device and app you use.

Who uses SaneBox?

Professionals with crowded inboxes use it to cut time spent on email, and the vendor claims users save 3 to 4 hours a week. Educational, non-profit and government organizations receive a 25% discount. The vendor says it never sells or shares user information.

SaneBox pricing

The vendor pricing page did not render for us. It states there are three plans with different features and account limits, plus a 7-day free trial with no credit card. Third-party sources report annual prices from about $59 to $319 and vary by date, so confirm current rates.
