What are the transaction fees on Shopify, and how do I avoid them?

Two different fees get confused here. First, your payment gateway's own processing charge (e.g. around 2% on a gateway like Razorpay). Second, Shopify's transaction fee — which only applies if you use a third-party gateway instead of Shopify Payments, and it's lower on higher plans (highest on Basic, lowest on Advanced/Plus) — https://saaskart.co/software/shopify.
