Pricing includes a free version, a standalone Teams Essentials plan around $4 per user per month, and inclusion in Microsoft 365 Business plans (Basic around $7, Standard around $14, Premium around $22 per user per month). It competes with Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace, differentiating on bundling, Office integration, and Copilot.
